About Me:

Favor Winner is a seasoned Health Care Administrator and Management Specialist. She is also a Public Speaker, Youth Life Coach and Community Organizer. Favor obtained her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration in 1995 from the Yaba College of Technology in Nigeria. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, HealthCare Management from the University of Mount Olive, Rocky Mount, NC in 2011, and a Masters of Public Administration, Public Health Specialty from the DeVry University/Keller Graduate School of Management, Morrisville, NC in 2014. Favor has multi-years’ experience in regulatory, human resources, policy setting, vendor negotiations, corporate partnerships and policy development. Favor has served in many leadership capacities in the course of her illustrious career. She was a Partner in the notable Triumph Health Care Inc., Director of Administration at Excel Health Inc., Managing Partner and Director of Operations at Zoe Health Care Systems Inc. Favor is an advocate and passionate catalyst for community service and giving back to the disfranchised. She has worked with many non-profit organizations for more than 30 years, in the areas of youth leadership development, women empowerment, and outreach to orphans and other less privileged people. She is currently the North Carolina State Coordinator for the Feast of Esther, a non-profit organization with a mission to empower women in leadership positions through networking, collaboration, training, and motivation. Favor loves to cook, travel and organize events. She is happily married with two adorable children. Favor is always interested in making a positive difference in the lives of everyone that crosses her path. Many say she goes beyond and above to make others happy, better and feeling uplifted.
